Our site can take payment in a secure and trusted method. Our Secure Payment Gateway, powered by Cardsave/WorldPay. This is a hosted payment system to take card payments and ensure payment is made with trusted security. All card details are encrypted on a secure online server and are never actually seen by anyone. This is what makes Cardsave/WorldPay the preferred choice in Payment Methods.
Due to our security policy, we can only deliver to the same address as the billing address. So your delivery address MUST
match the address on your payment card. It is at our discretion whether we allow orders to be delivered to a different address other than the billing address.
If you do wish to have your order delivered to an alternative address, we can proceed with this providing the payment is via bank transfer.
The security measures above are to ensure the goods are in fact being ordered by the card holder themselves and not a fraudulent transaction. These are our specific measures to cut down on internet fraud and if you have any concerns, please contact us regarding the matter.
Multiple Payments on Bank Statement
We use Worldpay to process card payments on this website. Worldpay communicates with your bank account when a transaction takes place and your bank will put a temporary hold on the amount before it confirms the security checks and sends it to us (via our payment system Worldpay). But if you have entered incorrect details for your payment card, such as street address or postcode you've entered doesn't match the details of your bank account, the transaction will fail due to our particular security settings. If a transaction fails, Worldpay will block any funds and not accept any money from your bank to be sent to us. But this sometimes results in the temporary hold on the amount remaining on your bank statement until the bank account confirms the transaction did not go through.
Unfortunately the temporary hold on the amount can remain from 24-72 hours, then after that you will see the amount available in your account again.
Please understand we do not have any control over this and it is not to do with us or Worldpay holding any money, it is how bank accounts communicate with online transactions.

We offer a no questions asked return with our products, which means if you order something and you are not happy with it for some reason, you can send it straight back to us for a full refund.
