To mount the rail, separate the rail from the tapered bases. Push the bases onto the Sako receiver and tighten the two vertical locking grub screws to hold in the bases in place. Remount the rail onto the bases.

Dimensions of Adjustments:
The Rail Length is 160mm
Bases Length: 21mm
Bases Center to Center: Adjustable from 111mm to 143mm
Distance Between Bases: Adjustable from 82mm to 113mm

There is also a picatinny rail designed to fit the Sako 75/85 X-Short and Short actions - Recknagel Picatinny Rail 57050-0014.
Always check the measurements on your rifle before ordering.

Please Note that some Sako 75 actions have quite high tolerances and for that reason it is possible that the mount will be tight on the cone. We have to make it this way as a loose mount will not hold zero. Some hand fitting may be required. This is easily done and we can advise on the correct method should you experience this problem. If you are not experienced or competent in this work, please contact us or send it back for a full refund. If you attempt to make alterations to this rail, please be aware that once the mount has been altered, we are unable to provide a refund or accept a return.
